You may not claim my work as your own

You may use the artwork for personal use, including, but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork, as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (i.e. NOT for sale)

You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.), unless otherwise discussed

Credit in some form is required if posted online

Please refrain from asking to copy someone else's art style

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason unless you, the client, request otherwise

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason

After an order form is sent, your commission slot will be confirmed and your order accepted

A rough draft will be made and sent to you, the client

You may ask for changes and additions on the rough draft until satisfied

Once a rough draft is approved with you, the client, invoice and payment must be done in full via PayPal, USD only

After payment is made, the rendering process will begin and you, the client, will be updated about the progress as I see fit, unless directly asked for updates by the client

Note that once the rendering process begins, you will no longer be able to request major changes and only minor adjustments will be made. Major changes at this stage will incur extra costs of my determination

PNG of finished product will be sent after completion by either Google Drive or email

The whole process takes between 2 weeks - 1 month after the draft as been approved and payment has been made, unless communicated otherwise
